Getting to continue to work with clients on additional projects, is an absolute JOY. One of those projects was with Sandy. When I finished up her custom brand (you can read about it here) we connected again to start building out her website.

As Sandy’s business is evolving and growing, we thought it best to start with a homepage design and then build out more pages as her business grows.

Sandy previously had a Showit website for her former business, Bloom Motivation. But she wanted a fresh new look for her business—especially since she changed her name.

Website Mock-Ups

When I completed Sandy’s brand, I was able to send her an example of a homepage mock-up. She loved it so much that we decided to go forward in that direction.

We worked on adding some extra modern elements—moving elements, pops of colour, and lots of white space.

Shortly after her brand was complete we set to build her homepage.

Modern Motivation Mission

As Modern Motivation is growing, Sandy wanted to make sure that her customers could see themselves in the website and through the work she does. We worked a lot on finding images, and writing copy to speak directly to her ideal client.

This website was so much fun to work on! I loved being able to help bring Sandy’s vision to life as we incorporated both her new branding and vision for the company.

Sandy is working hard to reimagine the workplace and provide amazing tools to companies so they can retain their employees, and motivate them through other means, that aren’t only financial.

With the changes in the workforce—The Great Resignation—so many people are leaving their jobs to find places that support their needs. Sandy wants to encourage companies to put their employees first and help change the corporate culture that is driving employees away.

I really admire this, as my husband’s company really focuses on investing in their employees and giving them ways to feel empowered, and know they are making an impact.

I believe Modern Motivation is needed in the current work climate and I can’t wait to see how Sandy is able to change companies!
