Friends, I’m BEYOND thrilled with how this brand turned out! So I figured it was time to share about it on the blog!
I was able to work with Britt, the photographer behind Brittany Juravich Photography last year on her rebrand.
Britt and I haven’t met in person (one day, girl, one day!) but we got connected back in 2020 and have been staying in touch on the ‘gram since.
Early 2021 she mentioned that she noticed her old branding wasn’t measuring up to where she wanted to go with her business and wanted a glow up. Her original brand still tied into her business, but she felt she was outgrowing it. And it didn’t speak to her ideal clients.
“I decided to work with Maggie because I felt like we got along well and have been connected on Instagram for some time now! I’ve loved watching her create brands for others, and I knew I wanted her to give my brand a refresh”
Fast forward, we began working on her rebrand in late September and now it’s ready to share with you all! Britt and I focused a lot on her ideal client—outdoorsy, adventurous couples—and finding elements that would reflect those to add to her branding.
Britt knew she wanted to use the same fonts she had previously, and also incorporate a circle like the old logo. We played around with different natural elements and settled on some leaves.
“I feel like my updated brand could help me connect more with my ideal clients with the outdoor elements”
Not only did we find fun and outdoorsy elements, but I also had so much fun choosing her brand colours, and giving them names that reflected Britt’s personality. I chose colour names based on Britt’s favourite TV shows—The Office and Gilmore Girls.
Throughout Britt’s brand, I was able to take her ideas and include them in the design. All my clients are actively involved in their overall branding, as I want them to be excited and feel they can see themselves and their ideal client in the work.
“I loved that I could give feedback and Maggie would run with it and turn my thoughts into a stunning design that was exactly what was in my mind!”
Britt’s brand included a primary, secondary, tertiary, and sub mark logo. We also built patterns based on the outdoor elements, custom business cards, and stickers.
I LOVED working with Britt on her rebrand. It was so fun getting to continue to build a friendship and something she loved, too. Here’s what she said about working together
“I loved working with Maggie on my brand refresh. She was incredibly easy to communicate with and brought my vision to life in what seemed like no time. I appreciate how thoughtful she was in considering my answers during our initial consultation and questionnaire and creating elements of those into my brand. My brand colors feel super unique with references to shows that I often relate to with my clients! If you’re thinking of booking Maggie with your brand, do it! It was the best investment I’ve made!”
I’m so excited to share this new brand with you, and go give @brittjuravich some love on her brand launch!
