This project was a website template customization project for Rebekah. She is the founder of a joy filled single life. Her business focuses on finding joy in Lord if you find yourself in a season of singleness.

Membership Site

Two pieces of A Joy Filled Single Life are monthly memberships where you can access additional education from Rebekah. While she was editing her site, she reached out to the Showit Facebook group looking for help creating a membership for her business.

Showit itself does not have a membership option, however, it recently partnered with MemberSpace. MemberSpace is a company that allows you to create membership access and pages for your business on your website.

I replied to Rebekah’s inquiry for help, and we started our design partnership. Together we used MemberSpace to create her membership options for her business.

Showit Template

Rebekah had started with the “Au Lait” template on Showit. She inserted her brand colours and started to play around with the design to make it her own.

She had put some ideas together for her site, and in our partnership, I was able to complete the vision.

With every project I work on, I strive to be collaborative with my clients. I don’t want to do anything to their website without their input. “Maggie’s communication was absolutely stellar! Maggie communicated everything so well and never did anything on my website without first asking!”

I was able to tweak the template to match Rebekah’s initial ideas and tie the whole site and membership aspect together.

Final Website Reveal

When asked about how the updated pieces will impact her business, Rebekah said “Maggie made the membership options so easy to read and so beautiful! I believe this will draw more customers to my website, as they have a simple way to pay now for my mentorship and online community services!”

I love all types of website projects. And ones like this where I can take a pre-existing template, and client vision and bring it to the finish line, makes me so happy. Some things I specifically love about this site are the pops of colour, and Rebekah’s intentionality in matching her brand photos to her brand colours.
