What is a Showit Design Partner?

A Showit Design Partner is a website designer who has gone through a verification process and becomes a trusted design expert of Showit. The team at Showit reviews designer applications. Then reaches out to the website clients of the designer to verify the work submitted meets specific criteria. You can read more about it here on their website.

Once approved, the designer is added to Showit’s website as a verified design partner. A Design Partner can then sell templates on Showit’s shop, and be referred to by the Showit team when users are looking to hire a designer.

Think of this special title as a blue verification checkmark that you see on IG profiles. It’s a stamp of approval and backing the web designer as someone reliable, honest, and knowledgeable about using Showit’s web host platform. (A REALLY BIG DEAL!!!)

Application Process

I knew when I started designing on Showit that I wanted to eventually submit an application for the Design Partner because it could help my business. It was something that could show potential clients that I knew what I was doing and that I’m a reliable designer.

I started the process in 2022, and once I finished designing the website I’d submit it to my file. Showit would then reach out to the client and ask them about their experience with me, my knowledge of Showit, and website design.

I also had to complete a test—to make sure I knew who to edit and design on Showit. And agree to their design standards. This was all exciting and nerve-wracking as the partnership truly was left to my clients on their experience with me.

The process took a little while to complete. But I received the approval at the end of February 2023!

What Does This Mean For Hoffman Creative Co.?

As this title is now official, you can find me as a verified Showit Design Partner on their website. It also means that Showit stands behind the designs I’ve made on their platform.

On my end, this means that if you want to work with me, you’re getting a trusted designer, who has spent hours working, editing, studying, and implementing Showit’s features to build custom websites that meet my client’s needs. It means I can stand behind my work and prices even more.

I hope to launch some templates in the coming year, and you will be able to see those sold on Showit’s storefront.
